Top family days out in Surrey (recommended by Lets Explore visitors)

As the premium soft play in Surrey we are always listening to parents and families who visit us. From what we have heard we have compiled our top recommendations of places to explore with little ones across the county.

Godstone Farm

Get your wellies at the ready, and prepare for an interactive trip to the farm. At Godstone Farm you can get a true feel of farm life and can experience various activities like tractor tides, meeting and feeding the animals, a role play village and outdoor play areas.  They also have a tearoom so the children (and grown-ups) can recharge for extended muddy fun.

Polesden Lacey

With several National Trust venues across Surrey, Polesden Lacey is where the Queen Mother honeymooned.  Situated only four miles from Dorking, this Edwardian house hosts an impressive collection of art and ceramics to marvel at.  Step into the grounds and find four marked trails for the children to explore.  The profits the café makes all go towards conservation work of the house and gardens so be sure to stop for a slice of cake.

We came to party!

Guildford Spectrum Leisure Complex

One of the unmissable things to do with kids in Surrey is a trip to the Guildford Spectrum Leisure Centre.   Based just outside of the town centre, the venue houses an Olympic-sized ice skating rink and four swimming pools hosting a wave machine, spa baths, bubble beds, flumes and shallow splash areas for little ones.  There are also 32 bowling lanes, pit slot racing and climbing walls.  With so many activities under one roof there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Leith Hill

The Surrey Hills are well worth exploring and what better way to see the stunning countryside than a trip up Leith Hill.  Ramble your way through woodlands and climb the heights to the top.  There you can climb the 78 steps and reach the top of Leith Hill Tower which is the highest point in South East England.  From here you can see as far as London and down to the sea at Shoreham in Sussex.

Then there's us!

If you are looking for soft play in Surrey, you can't beat a trip to us.  With areas for babies, toddlers and school aged children there is something for every developmental stage.  And don't forget we have our own café for drinks, snacks and light meals.  Want something more substantial?  Then a trip to our restaurant Blacks Burgers offers a mouth-watering selection of freshly prepared meals.

Don't forget to follow us on Facebook for regular updates on availability and special events.  On Wednesday 8th April we are hosting a party from 4pm-6pm where we will have goblets of fire, slime making and magic followed by a disco.  Spaces are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
