Yes, as the child's parent/guardian, you are responsible for supervising your child at all times.

Whilst our play equipment undergoes thorough safety testing and is constructed to meet the highest standards, unforeseen incidents may occur. Therefore, parents/guardians need to be available in the unlikely event of a problem. To ensure the utmost safety, there is always a designated first aider on shift. 

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, ideally tops with long sleeves and long trousers or leggings, as these are most practical when using the slides and crawl tubes etc. Socks must be worn at all times; if you forget to bring them, we have pairs for sale.

Yes. To make sure everyone has a fantastic time at Lets Explore, we ask that children play respectfully. If you have any questions about our behaviour policy, please contact the Duty Manager.

We know that children are excited when they explore the soft play, but parents/guardians should ensure their child only plays in areas designated for their age range, encourage them to take turns, and respect the rules that are clearly displayed. 

If a child is aggressive or repeatedly breaks the rules, a staff member will speak with their parent/guardian to discuss the situation. If the child's bad behaviour continues despite a warning, the parent/guardian will be asked to leave the centre with their child. Any form of abusive behaviour exhibited by an adult will result in a permanent ban from Lets Explore. 

With designated areas for babies, toddlers and older children, there's fun for children of all ages.

Our baby zone offers a safe environment for our smallest explorers to roll and crawl with sensory features designed to engage development. Toddler Corner gives ample space for children aged two and under to securely explore their physical ability and grow in confidence with their clambering. 

For children aged three and over, there are three levels of play to race around and stimulate their imagination; Under The Sea, Enter The Jungle, and finally, Blast Off To Space on the very top level.

All areas are clearly separated by age to ensure safety and maximum enjoyment for all. Please supervise your child and explain the importance of playing in their age-appropriate zone.

Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the soft play is extremely important to allow everyone to enjoy their play session at Lets Explore. Our play equipment is designed and adapted specially to allow us to easily clean after every session and to carry out deep cleaning on a regular basis. If you spot anything that needs attention, please alert a member of the team who will deal with it immediately using cleaning products from one of our many hygiene stations situated throughout the building.

You can bring snacks for children and are also welcome to bring baby food for your child. 

However, with such a tempting and great-value range of drinks, fruit and snacks at our barista-run café, there's no need to bring anything more.

The Jules Kitchen food truck is also on site, offering breakfast, lunch and delicious daily specials. You can easily order food from our app and have it delivered straight to your table. 

Please note that all food must be eaten either at the café or at restaurant tables and cannot be taken into the play zones.

Our 90-minute sessions offer a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone and ensure we never exceed our maximum capacity.

Free parking is available on site on a first come, first served basis. At peak times our car park gets busy and it may be necessary to park on the roads nearby.
