Lets Explore Soft Play Re-Opening

At Lets Explore, the health and safety of our team, visitors and children, has always been the top priority

We have been closely observing Government advice on the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the latest advice from Public Health England.

We are delighted to announce that we will be opening again very soon. We were purchased from the liquidator and are now under new ownership. We hope to have you all back from 17th May.

There is a lot of hard work happening at site, as well as with several new suppliers/partners to ensure a safe return to fun times for the little ones.

It will be a gradual, slow and safe opening of site over the coming months... with increased F&B options, capacity and parties coming at a later stage. It will no doubt be a hugely different experience to before Covid-19, but we hope, equally as much fun.

Bookings

ALL VISITS WILL BE PRE-BOOK ONLY - The final parts of this online booking process are still being built. We hope to have a live booking page on our website by the latter part of this week.

We have minimal staff onsite at the moment who are completing maintenance of the frame and cleaning for the majority of this week.

We understand there will be many questions related to potential visits so we would welcome questions in response to this post - from that we will look to collate and post FAQs and answers by mid week.

What we do know now is this... initially...

  • 90 Minute Sessions

  • 3 Sessions per day (Morning, Over Lunch and after school) Mon-Fri and an additional 4th session at weekends

  • Only Teas/Coffees/Cold drinks and vending machine available

  • 40% Capacity

  • Enhanced Cleaning with cleaning betweens sessions

  • Likely 6 people/2 Househods per table

  • All tickets bookable via website - no turn up and play

  • No membership option until Autumn

Thank You

Thank you very much for your understanding, patience and continued support during this incredibly difficult time.

With love, The Lets Explore Family
